- 01DapperTails Mobile Grooming provides a range of grooming services, including bathing, hair cutting, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and de-shedding treatments. We also offer specialized services tailored to specific breeds and individual pet needs.
- 02You can easily book an appointment through our website, by calling us directly, or by sending us a message on our social media channels. We recommend scheduling at least a week in advance, especially during peak seasons. Start by finding your location!
- 03Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer flexible scheduling options upon request.
- 04Most dogs do well on a 4 to 6 week schedule, but it depends on breed, coat type, and your preferred style.
- 05The duration of a grooming appointment can vary based on the size of the pet, the type of grooming services requested, and the pet’s behavior. On average, appointments range from 30-90 minutes
- 06Yes, we require all pets to be up-to-date on their vaccinations for their safety and the safety of other pets. Please provide proof of vaccination when scheduling your appointment.
- 07We understand that some pets may have special needs or health concerns. Please inform us during the booking process, and we will do our best to accommodate your pet’s specific requirements. A Special handling fee may apply.
- 08Yes, our mobile grooming vans are fully equipped with all necessary grooming tools, products, and facilities to provide a comprehensive grooming experience right at your doorstep.
- 09We bring a fully equipped grooming salon right to your home. Your dog is groomed inside our van in a quiet, one-on-one setting.
- 10We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Payment is processed at the end of each grooming appointment.
- 11We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- 12Our groomers are trained to handle pets safely and compassionately. We use appropriate restraint techniques and equipment, conduct health checks before grooming, and follow strict hygiene protocols to ensure a safe experience.
- 13We recommend that pet owners allow their pets to be groomed without their presence to help reduce anxiety and distractions.
- 14To prepare your pet for grooming, ensure they are comfortable and familiar with the grooming process. A brief walk before the appointment can help expend excess energy. You can also brush your pet’s coat to reduce matting.
