What services do you offer?DapperTails Mobile Grooming provides a range of grooming services, including bathing, hair cutting, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and de-shedding treatments. We also offer specialized services tailored to specific breeds and individual pet needs.

How do I book an appointment?You can easily book an appointment through our website, by calling us directly, or by sending us a message on our social media channels. We recommend scheduling at least a week in advance, especially during peak seasons.

What are your hours of operation?Our standard hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday & Sunday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer flexible scheduling options upon request.

How long does a grooming appointment take?The duration of a grooming appointment can vary based on the size of the pet, the type of grooming services requested, and the pet’s behavior. On average, appointments range from 30-90 minutes

Do you require vaccinations?Yes, we require all pets to be up-to-date on their vaccinations for their safety and the safety of other pets. Please provide proof of vaccination when scheduling your appointment.

What if my pet has special needs or health issues?We understand that some pets may have special needs or health concerns. Please inform us during the booking process, and we will do our best to accommodate your pet’s specific requirements. A Special handling fee may apply.

Is your grooming van equipped with everything needed?Yes, our mobile grooming vans are fully equipped with all necessary grooming tools, products, and facilities to provide a comprehensive grooming experience right at your doorstep.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept various payment methods, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payment options. Payment is processed at the end of each grooming appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to accommodate other clients. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Can I stay with my pet during grooming?We recommend that pet owners allow their pets to be groomed without their presence to help reduce anxiety and distractions. However, if you prefer to stay, we will accommodate your wishes as best as we can.

What should I do to prepare my pet for grooming?To prepare your pet for grooming, ensure they are comfortable and familiar with the grooming process. A brief walk before the appointment can help expend excess energy. You can also brush your pet’s coat to reduce matting.
